TEACH OR FACILITATE SPIRITUAL GROWTH COURSES
Help with July 4th Celebration, National Day of Prayer, Churchwide Picnic, Blessing of the Animals, Many Ways to Pray Day and other special events. Please contact Adult Spiritual Growth and Connections Director.
Long's Chapel recognizes that the needs of its congregation are many and requires the hands and hearts of volunteers. This ministry assists with needs that range from arrival of a newborn to the death of a loved one and all of life's traumas in between. Volunteers can provide assistance through phone calls, visits to hospitals and nursing homes as well as through some special programs at Long's Chapel. To learn more about this ministry contact Rev. USHERS/WELCOME CENTER VOLUNTEERS/PARKING ATTENDANTS/GREETERS
Lots of volunteers are needed to greet visitors, usher at all services, help folks safely get in and out of our parking lots and to staff the Welcome Center to provide information to visitors at all services. Contact Lynn Carpenter.
ACTS 2:42 FOOD SERVICE VOLUNTEERS
Work with kitchen staff at Wednesday night dinners to set up, cook, serve, and clean up. Contact Carrie Carpenter.

MUSIC and WORSHIP MINISTRIES

Provides the musical support which enriches the traditional worship service.
THEATER AND MOVEMENT ARTS
Enhances the worship experience of the combined congregation.
Enhances the worship experience through the use and display of the visual arts, including banners, Sanctuary hangings, and sacred art.
THE SOUND AND LIGHT TEAM (SALT)
Provides the technical creativity in how we see and hear our combined worship experience. The team includes sound technicians, worship visuals production, media reproduction, video production and editing, and photography.
Sets the tone of worship through the preparation and care of worship space, communion preparation, and seasonal decorations.
